Meals are served in the main restaurant, in the proximity of the hotels and annexes. It offers a diverse range of dishes, a wealth of Mediterranean tastes. The 4-starshotel Haliaetum houses 48 double rooms, all of which can take an extra bed, and 4 single rooms. The 4-stars hotel Mirta offers 43 double rooms with the option of one or two extra beds, and a presidential suite for the more expensive tastes. All rooms feature shower/WC, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, direct telephone, SAT-TV, mini bar, safe, some rooms have sea view.
The 3-stars annexes Korala, Perla, Palma, Sirena and Park house a total of 225 rooms. All rooms feature shower/WC, air conditioning, direct telephone, SAT-TV. Some rooms have a sea view and a balcony, while those without a balcony provide the possibility for one or two extra beds.
Nutrition : breakfast and dinner are buffet style, whereas lunch includes a served main course and buffet starters, salads and desserts.

Football pitches : teams have access to an excellent FIFA and UEFA approved artificial grass training pitch (100 x 64 m) of the local club NK „Izola“, situated just 1,9 kilometers away from the San Simon Resort.
Other sports contents : the San Simon resort features several sports and recreational facilities such as three tennis courts, a mini golf course and numerous footpaths in the well-maintained park. The hotel beach in a natural cove boasts beach volleyball courts, a large water slide, a children’s trampoline, small vessel rental and a sandbox with playground equipment for children.
