Football pitches : the football centre „Stella Maris", only 800 metres away from hotel „Sol Umag", offers 3 natural grass football pitches in perfect condition, as well as an artificial grass football pitch (last generation). Furthermore, floodlighting is available for night time training sessions. The football teams use also the football pitches of local clubs in Petrovija, Savudrija, Moela, Marija na Krasu, situated 5 - 8 kilometers away from hotel Sol Umag, no more than 10 min by bus. All the training grounds have changing rooms.
